She has two children that currently attend PUSD schools, an eighth grader at Marshall Fundamental Secondary School and a sixth grader enrolled in the Mandarin Dual Language Program at Sierra Madre Middle School. She has two children that graduated from Marshall Fundamental Secondary School in recent years.Dr. Mullen has an Ed.D. from UCLA in Educational Leadership, a M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina in Counseling and Student Development, and BS in Education from Concord University in Athens, WV.
