Club are holding a Family Fun Day at their grounds in Páirc na nGael at the Glebe on Sunday 29th starting with the usual Fun Day activities at 1p.m.The Organising Committee have been busy preparing a large Programme of Activities for all the families to enjoy including Athletics, Hurling Skills, Free Kick and Penalty Kick Competitions and Novelty Events including Spud & Spoon, 3 Legged, Sack, Wheelbarrow and Family Relay Races.Other Novelty events will include the popular Stocks, Wellie Throwing, Lucky Dip, Guess the Name of the Gaels Mascot, Guess the Number of Sweets in the Jar, Lucky Dip and Face Painting etc. Hospitality will be provided in Marquee Tents including the usual delicious Home Baking and Cake Sales.
